LAMOUREUX ASSOCIATES, INC. (LAI) is an innovative space planning and interior design firm founded in 1978 by Donn Lamoureux. We specialize in commercial office design of all sizes and finish levels. Our operating philosophy, systems, and procedures are designed to ensure the satisfaction of our clients’ design, construction budget, and schedule requirements. Our offices are conveniently located in southwest Houston, and offer our clients the benefits of an extensive finish library and fine art gallery.

LAI project managers average over 20 years of project design experience. Our commitment to our clients is to respond quickly to all of their needs, communicate thoroughly with all members of the project team, and facilitate every aspect of the design/build-out experience. Our design teams are trained to manage our clients’ project programming, space planning, field verification, construction documentation, furniture procurement, interior design, and construction administration needs.
