(LAI) is an innovative multi-disciplined architectural design firm founded in 1978 by Donn Lamoureux, who has assembled a team of cross-trained and multi-talented professionals focused on delivering value added services to the commercial and corporate real estate industry.

We model our internal processes and client interactivity on time-tested elements of a creative studio.

With more than 30 years of high-level, hands-on experience, and thousands of successful projects completed to date, we are driven by dedication to accurately representing our clients' design goals at competitive rates.

While we specialize in commercial office design of all sizes and finish levels; creative, practical architectural assignments, and development of the most efficient corporate space utilization schema, it is our track record of reliability and accountability that has enabled us to continue providing services to clients we met decades ago.
